2. Description of Service

Jasabo provides a platform for creating and managing interactive brand portals, including but not limited to image galleries, event listings, forms, music requests, and custom action buttons.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content published through your brand portal
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. Jasabo owns the platform, design system, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jasabo is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or business interruption.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
